UV DTF Decals & Stickers for Tumblers by Size
Several designs or sizes? A gang sheet is usually cheaper.
UV DTF stickers for tumblers give you a printed, raised-ink finish on cups, glass and hard goods without a heat press. Each decal is printed with UV-cured white and color ink, sealed with a gloss layer and laid on a clear transfer film. You peel the backing, press the design onto the surface, burnish it with a squeegee and lift the film. Only the ink stays.
Sizes that fit real cups
- 2–3 in: lids, phone cases, pens, small logos on cups
- 4–5 in: the most common logo size for 20 oz and 30 oz tumblers
- 6–8 in: mason jars, signs, laptops, cooler lids
- 10 × 4 in wrap: band wraps for skinny tumblers and coffee cups
- 9.5 × 8.25 in wrap: full wrap for a typical 20 oz skinny tumbler; measure yours first
Where UV DTF works
Stainless steel, powder-coated tumblers, glass, ceramic, acrylic, hard plastic, wood with a sealed finish and painted metal. Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth. UV DTF is not for clothing; for shirts, use regular DTF transfers.
Let a new decal rest for 24 to 48 hours before it gets wet, and hand wash to keep it looking new longest. Read the UV DTF application guide for the full method and care tips.
