A UV DTF gang sheet puts all of your cup wraps, logos and decals on one 22 inch wide roll. UV DTF is a different product from regular DTF: it is a cured, raised-ink sticker with a clear transfer layer, made for hard, smooth surfaces. You do not need a heat press. You peel, place, burnish and lift, and the design stays behind with no visible background.
Built for hard goods
Use UV DTF on stainless tumblers, glass cups, ceramic mugs, phone cases, laptops, notebooks, signs, helmets and packaging. It is water resistant and handles hand washing well, which makes it popular with tumbler shops and small brands that want a clean, printed look without vinyl weeding.
Using the builder
Upload PNG files with transparent backgrounds, set each design to its finished size in inches, and let auto-arrange pack the sheet. The price updates with the sheet length. The builder warns you when a file is below 300 DPI, and you approve the layout before it goes in the cart. Leave a small gap between designs so they are easy to cut apart.
