Shipping

We ship from Houston, Texas, to addresses across the United States. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. Transfers ship flat or rolled in protective packaging. Banners ship rolled.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your order ships once it has been printed and checked, and you get a tracking number by email.

Custom work and returns

Every order is printed to order from your artwork, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or spelling and design errors in an approved file. Please check your layout and approve it carefully before you order.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or our print does not match the file you approved, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint the affected items or refund them.

If a transfer fails after pressing, tell us the fabric and the press settings you used. We will help you troubleshoot, and if the problem is in the print, we will make it right.
